I set it up according to the directions, verified my account by email and now I cant continue or log in. The product is worthless if I cant log in to the app to use it.
Monitor continuously losing connection even when wifi strength is strong. Needs significant upgrade to work properly. Also multiple users, at least two- mom and dad- should be able to connect at once not just one user. Please update as parents need to feel secure leaving their childs room without panic and worry that live video feed is going to cut or freeze.
App needs some serious fixes. I dont remember a night when the app doesnt lose connection and I have to force close and reopen the app to get this working again. In the meantime my child may have been crying or worse. This apps reliability should be flawless for this to have a good review.
Great app to use with your phillips baby camera. You can access the camera remotly, and therefore keep an eye on your baby while you are (a bit) away :)
Having significant issues with the new update. Will not connect to my monitor at all when on wifi. It will only work on my cellular network. Monitor constantly disconnects or freezes. Previous version did not have this many issues. This is disappointing because I really like this monitor.
